Colonial Times

Life in Colonial America

The Meeting of Two Cultures

By RB Class 4-328

Introduction

Life in Colonial times was when people went on ships to look for new land name it then go back to the King and Queen to tell and maybe even get some money. Back then any one would even kill for money, as you should know some people did.

Areas of Conflict

One disagreement is the slaves don’t want to be slaves but the pilgrims do want them to be slaves because there to lazy to work but want them to work for them because if there is no work done then they die from starvation because if nobody cared for the crops there would be no food to eat and with no food nothing to eat with nothing to eat you die.

Areas of Cooperation

The Native Americans traded with the pilgrims very nicely because they had no idea that the stuff they are getting is junk and they where trading weapons such as spears.

Personal reflections

One Personal Reflection is right now we do not trade we bye with money at a store. Another Personal Reflections is we do not have slaves we have people who help out but we pay them not whip them.

Conclusion

My Conclusion is that back then it was much different from now in many ways one of them is now we do not have slaves. These are some facts on Life in Colonial America.

More facts here on our blog!
